Programmable Linear Portioning Machine
The TXF03V is a portioning machine for cutting bars and loaves, with sequential output of portions. It uses either a traditional surgical steel blade or a titanium ultrasonic blade. The machine allows cutting into portions of predefined thickness or portions of fixed weight.
